The transportation is an additional cost and needs to be arranged ahead of time with Disney Cruise Line.

Disney Cruise Line Bus – Before The Bus Ride
We started our vacation by staying a couple of days at the Villas at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa.

The night before our cruise was departing received a letter in our hotel room with Disney Cruise Line Transportation instructions. The letter provided instructions for checked luggage pickup. It also provided the time to be in the lobby for checking in with the Disney Cruise Line representative.

Our luggage was to be ready to be picked up at 7am. Disney Cruise Line luggage tags attached the luggage tags are mailed to your home address within 30 days of departure of your cruise.
Your luggage will be delivered to the port separately. Iit is important to have a carry-on bag with personal ID, medication, sunscreen, swimwear and anything else you may feel is important. You will not have access to your checked luggage until at least 2 pm or even later once on board your Disney cruise ship.
